Refund policy

RETURNS

You can return your order within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. The return cost will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: The amount will depend on the selected return method (home delivery or at a delivery point via Correos or Inpost).
  • Balearic Islands: €9.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United States, and the rest of Europe: The customer will handle the return by sending an email to casildathebrand@icloud.com.

Items from the Outlet category are non-returnable for a refund. Instead, a non-expiring store credit card will be issued.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange a product within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please contact us at casildathebrand@icloud.com, providing your order number and the new size you require.

  • Mainland Spain: Free of charge. Casilda The Brand covers one exchange per product.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, and the rest of Europe: The customer will manage the exchange by sending an email to casildathebrand@icloud.com.

If you wish to exchange one product for another different one, the return of the original item will be processed, and you will need to place a new order for the desired item.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and tags intact, appropriately packaged in the original box, and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer.

REFUND

CASILDA THE BRAND reserves the right to reject returns that are communicated or sent beyond the set deadline or products that are not in the same condition as they were received.

CASILDA THE BRAND will proceed with the refund of the paid amount once the returned product is received and its condition has been verified. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt. All refunds will be made via the same payment method used in the purchase.
